L-Arginine and L-Ornithine are two very important amino acids in protein metabolism since they have a detoxifying and anti-fatigue action that promotes the elimination of toxic substances , such as ammonia, produced by the body during intense exercise or high-protein supplementation.
The synergy of these two amino acids (in their ideal ratio of 2:1) together with L-Lysine and vitamin B6 provide the body with maximum energy and resistance and greater recovery.
Although L-Ornithine is recognized as having a certain role as an anabolic by acting on the Growth Hormone (STH), its effect is considered to be modest at these doses (as is already known, Growth Hormone plays a key role in increasing strength, muscle mass and decreasing body fat).

Instructions for use:
Take 4 to 6 capsules of Arginine/Ornithine daily, depending on your physical activity, (preferably on an empty stomach) in the afternoon and before bed.
Preferably use during periods of high physical activity and/or high protein supplementation.
