Marnys® Edible Sesame Oil contains Sesamum indicum seed oil obtained by cold pressing. This extraction method guarantees the optimal state of all its properties. Marnys® Edible Sesame Oil contains Omegas 6 and 9, with a minimum content of 36-48% linoleic acid (Omega 6) and 35-44% oleic acid (Omega 9). These Omegas are considered essential because they are not produced by the human body. Sesame oil, also known as gin oil or til oil, is a highly unsaturated edible oil rich in essential fatty acids of the Omega type (40-60% of the total content), vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), and lignans, such as sesamin, sesamol, and sesame. Directions for use: -Do not heat above 180 degrees. Ideal in salads, sauces, cakes, and fried foods. It is also recommended for external use as a skin moisturizer. Allergen: Contains sesame.
